Unlike mass-produced stores, every product at Wood Art Gallery is built by hand in our Brampton, Ontario workshop after you place your order. We do not keep pre-made stock. This means your piece is freshly crafted, personalized to your specifications, and made with real care — but it does require a production period before it can ship.
Your total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time. For example, a Canadian order could take 8–15 business days from order to delivery. For gifts or special occasions, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance.
If you are located in Brampton or the Greater Toronto Area, you are welcome to pick up your order directly from our workshop at no shipping cost.
Step 1: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout — shipping cost is automatically removed.
Step 2: We build your handmade order — takes 3–5 business days.
Step 3:Â Once your order is ready, we contact you by email or phone to arrange pickup.
Step 4:Â Come pick up your piece from our Brampton, Ontario workshop at a time that works for you.

We are happy to ship our handmade wooden decor internationally. Shipping costs and timelines for international orders outside Canada and the USA vary significantly by country. Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost and estimated timeline for your specific location.

Need your handmade piece sooner than our standard 3–5 day production time? We do our best to accommodate rush orders depending on our current workload.

Do not place a rush order without speaking with us first.
Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties. For orders shipped to the United States and international destinations, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and are not controlled by Wood Art Gallery.
